We get to work on your order within 1-3 business days of placement, ensuring it's quickly on its way to you. "Dispatched" means your order is with our carrier and en route to your chosen destination. Note that during bustling peak seasons and holidays, processing could take up to 7 days.
Estimated Delivery
Once dispatched, the journey time of your package to your doorstep varies by location:
- Asia: 10-15 days
- United States and Europe: 15-20 days
- Rest of the World: 20-25 days
Keep in mind, busy periods and holidays might slow things down a bit due to carrier delays or customs hold-ups, which are beyond our control.

Accuracy is key! Make sure your shipping details are complete and correct to avoid delays or cancellations. If we spot a potential issue, we’ll reach out via email within 3 days of your order. Non-response might lead to cancellation, so keep an eye on your inbox!

Lost or Stolen Packages
Should your package go MIA after it leaves us, reach out to support@siclyn.com. We recommend contacting the courier for a claim, but we're here to assist and will advocate on your behalf. Remember, once a package is with the courier, its fate is out of our hands, and lost or stolen packages are beyond our refund policy. We'll explore all options to assist, including potential replacements depending on the situation.
